I'd like to ask, was this based off of plague doctors. Any who, shadows are nice, colours fit and it gives a dark, and sickly feel.

The thing about dark lines is they demand detail, which I believe you could do. As far as animation go's I'm not gonna judge you for that because, this isn't animated. Still nice though.

It nice. The colors blend well and are vibrant, and the angle is nice. My advice would bet to fix the rays to the sun.
